FACT: Trying to time the market is risky. If rates drop, competition usually increases which can push home prices up. Sometimes buying at a slightly higher rate with less competition and refinancing later when rates drop can make more sense.
Rates might drop… timing the market is tricky. Don’t gamble on timing the market. Buy smart now, refinance later if needed.
